1. No Returns on Intimate Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, bodysuits, or any intimate apparel, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund (excluding shipping fees).
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot stop the shipping process.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.
5. Refund Method
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
